How can gratitude help you spiritually? Well, the answer is very simple. Spirituality, ultimately, is just aligning yourself with the truth, and the truth is that life is good. I mean, if you’re reading this blog post right now, you’re someone who’s interested in making your life better. So, it’s not like you’re in a bad situation because people who are in a bad situation, they don’t find themselves attracted to personal development information; that’s just the way it is, so your life is good.

So, it’s not like you’re in a bad situation because people who are in a bad situation, they don’t find themselves attracted to personal development information; that’s just the way it is, so your life is good.

You have many things that work for you. Being connected to your spirituality is to be connected to all things that are optimistic, uplifting; that bring joy; that bring fulfillment; that bring the connection; understanding and appreciation, and connecting with people.

How do you connect with people? You appreciate things about them and you appreciate the things in your life. That is a form of gratitude. It is also about understanding things, and to understand things you have to bring appreciation in. Gratitude is a fantastic tool for bolstering your own spirituality. If you’re going to declare that your spirituality is that feeling of being totally connected to the world and to people, gratitude is very effective for that.
