It’s similar to: Faith without works is dead- isnt’ it?
I suspect that is similar. For me its about recognizing that the source of life for you and I, is the same source for everyone and everything. That we are all one thing expressing itself with infinite variety. When you know you are the creative force that is creating everything, you can release anxiety, pushing and force.
